We deliver to USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely.We also offer free flat rate shipping on all our products.
 
Order Successful 
 
After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
 
Processing 
 
1. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
2. Generally, orders are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
3. Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
 
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.
 
Shipping 
 
Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer.
We collaborate with major international shipping companies to offer different methods. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. Usually, your package will take 7 to 15 working days to Transit.
Note: Transit time may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
 
Delivered 
 
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit time. You can estimate when to expect your order’s arrival by using the formula below:

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages.
Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. 
We highly recommend that customers purchase a tracking number and shipping insurance during the check out for peace of mind when waiting for their package.
 
Tax 
 
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges.
